Her real estate career began in 2003, and she has since built a reputation as a trusted, knowledgeable, and highly personalized Realtor serving clients throughout Maryland and Pennsylvania. At a global consulting company, he led complex, large-scale programs, guiding cross-functional teams and ensuring successful delivery. He later served as IT Manager for a major off-price retailer in Massachusetts, driving transformation and operational excellence — ultimately accumulating over two decades of leadership experience in the technology industry.

Alongside his IT career, Dani was quietly and steadily building a parallel path in real estate. Shortly after graduating, he purchased his first condominium unit and converted it into a rental property, demonstrating an early and instinctive understanding of long-term investment and financial growth. Over the years, he expanded into land acquisitions, additional properties, renovations, and new home construction, while also exploring ventures in insurance, personal investments, and health-focused businesses — all grounded in his passion for helping people build more secure futures.
